Support process & privacy

How do I get support in a private manner? I don’t necessarily publish everything publicly for pricacy reasons.

The idea of the forum is to allow people to see that problems have been identified and are being actively resolved or have already been resolved. This cuts done on redudancy (e.g. 50 emails/support requests describing the same issue/bug) and we hope builds trust with our customers. We think this approach applies appropriately to most issues, but any query that is personal in nature can be shared via a DM in the forum to one of the Tokenized team members. Always open to suggestions though :slight_smile:

Now the DMs work here in the forum, so thats OK.
