To get help direct from the Tokenized team, or if you’d like to contribute to the public discussion here, please use your Tokenized account to log in via either of our apps:
From the desktop app
- Log in to your Tokenized account and confirm the login with the mobile app
- Click the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen
- The Tokenized support site will load in your browser and you will be automatically logged in
- Send a private message to any of the Tokenized staff, and we’ll be able to answer queries or help with your account
From the mobile app
- Make sure your Tokenized account is paired and set up in the app
- Go into settings by tapping the menu button in the top right of the main page
- Tap the “Get support” link in the “Contact Tokenized” section near the bottom of settings
- The Tokenized support site will load in your browser and you will be automatically logged in
- Send a private message to any of the Tokenized staff, and we’ll be able to answer queries or help with your account
