When transfers and other operations are in progress, parts of the total holdings of the instruments involved have to be reserved to avoid the possibility of them being spent in any other operation that happens in parallel – the difference you see in the available balance is due to those temporary reservations. Note that the exact amount reserved at any point in time may differ slightly from the amounts being transferred as the system works to optimise transactions while maintaining your privacy.
