Checking clock synchronisation

The Tokenized desktop and mobile apps only work when run on devices which have system clocks which are synchronised to global time.

In event that your system clock is not in sync an error ‘Device clock not in sync with server’ will be seen when trying to login or register an account using the desktop app. In this case please check your clock synchronisation (perhaps using a service like and ensure that your clock is in sync, perhaps by enabling automatic time synchronisation in your system settings and by checking that your timezone is set correctly.
