Should the starting Block # for the new Spynode be at BSV/BCH split or should we change it?

I am guessing that if the new Spynode is a central service used by ALL instances of smartcontractd (i.e. used by ALL smart contracts as the single source of Spynode truth) then we should leave the default starting block alone as per the sample value given at the split of BSV and BCH.
Is that a correct guess?

The new spynode is still embedded in the smart-contract unless you implement something else. The starting block just needs to be before the first transaction related to its user.
