How do we link tokens to fiat? And how can token stay stable when BSV is volatile esp when whales come in?

We have a method for central banks and the associated charter banks to use tokens and smart contracts to issue central bank digital currencies, as well as tokenized bank deposit certificates. We also have the infrastructure to allow for it to connect to traditional bank account infrastructure and therefore have on/off ramps. Are you interested in a business capacity?
